Requirements
- 3+ years of DME accounts receivable billing experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business or Finance preferred
- High school or GED equivalent required
- Brightree software knowledge preferred
- Salesforce software knowledge preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Proficiency in Google products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients, insurance, and patients.
- Review patient documentation for medical necessity and accuracy.
- Approve, create, and manage sales orders for shipments.
- Create and submit claims and invoices.
- Monitor patient billing module and update information.
- Communicate with cross-functional departments for performance improvement.
- Review sales order reports as needed.
