  • Managing all technical inquiries and collaborative cross-departmental escalations
  • Updating, maintaining, and developing knowledge base documentation
  • Upskilling and educating the community on platform success
  • Managing communications with security engineers and customers
  • Analyzing, investigating, and remediating risks
  • Advocating for community feedback with the product team
