Responsibilities
- Providing Technical Support in analysis to the UpGuard Community and staff globally
- Managing all technical inquiries and collaborative cross-departmental escalations
- Updating, maintaining, and developing knowledge base documentation
- Upskilling and educating the community on platform success
- Managing communications with security engineers and customers
- Analyzing, investigating, and remediating risks
- Advocating for community feedback with the product team
