Requirements
- Led an engineering organization through a major platform transition (replatforming, modernization, cloud migration, or acquisition).
- Shipped AI-embedded product capabilities with measurable outcomes or led sustained AI experimentation.
- Owned a SaaS platform’s security posture and compliance (SOC 2).
- Designed or redesigned a data architecture serving analytics, BI, and AI.
- Built and scaled an engineering team, including hiring and performance management.
- Served as a CEO’s or GM’s primary technology partner.
- Made architecture and infrastructure investment decisions with direct commercial rationale.
- Identified commercial or product opportunities from a technical vantage point.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the printIQ and Docket Manager platforms.
- Drive platform modernization regarding infrastructure, APIs, performance, and security.
- Design a data architecture that serves analytics, BI, and AI as a unified estate.
- Lead adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Manage technical debt while balancing forward momentum.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization of ~20 developers.
- Evolve engineering practices, standards, and delivery rhythms.
- Partner with the CEO on business direction, product decisions, and market positioning.
- Represent the technology vision in executive, customer, and board conversations.
