Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Genuine interest in CodePath's mission to transform CS education
- Experience building reports or dashboards
- Familiarity with Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Technical recruiting exposure
- Comfort working with autonomy in a remote, startup-style environment
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews across time zones
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a high-touch process
- Serve as the primary administrator of Greenhouse ATS
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and generate reports
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline metrics
- Document processes and identify opportunities for system improvement
- Support offer letter generation and reference check coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collect, analyze, and share recruitment data
