Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, paid social, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM/PPC
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $350K to $1M
  • At least 3 years of recent D2C consumer marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Criteo, Bing, and affiliate networks
  • Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Triple Whale, and Shopify Plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing plans
  • Manage and optimize a seven-figure annual advertising budget
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimize large-scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage catalog feeds across commerce channels
  • Drive full-funnel strategy including prospecting and retargeting
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
  • Manage pixel and tag implementation via Google Tag Manager
  • Lead keyword research and SEO strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and web development teams
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
