Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Integrator, Head of Operations, or Operations Manager within a founder-led company.
- Strong background in eCommerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, or multi-channel).
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Experience building project management systems and workflows from the ground up.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close projects.
- Strong leadership and accountability management skills.
- High level of business acumen.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- MBA or equivalent operational experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Capture and organize priorities, ideas, and decisions from the Founder.
- Translate leadership direction into actionable project plans.
- Run execution cadences including daily updates and progress reviews.
- Manage and maintain the master project tracking system.
- Lead recurring execution meetings focused on progress and blockers.
- Ensure every initiative has a defined owner and success criteria.
- Develop and optimize SOPs for recurring workflows.
- Build and manage project management systems within tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and improve them through automation.
- Oversee execution priorities for medical/healthcare-focused brand.
