Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Integrator, Head of Operations, or Operations Manager within a founder-led company.
  • Strong background in eCommerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, or multi-channel).
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Experience building project management systems and workflows from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close projects.
  • Strong leadership and accountability management skills.
  • High level of business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong proficiency using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • MBA or equivalent operational experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and organize priorities, ideas, and decisions from the Founder.
  • Translate leadership direction into actionable project plans.
  • Run execution cadences including daily updates and progress reviews.
  • Manage and maintain the master project tracking system.
  • Lead recurring execution meetings focused on progress and blockers.
  • Ensure every initiative has a defined owner and success criteria.
  • Develop and optimize SOPs for recurring workflows.
  • Build and manage project management systems within tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, or Asana.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and improve them through automation.
  • Oversee execution priorities for medical/healthcare-focused brand.
