Requirements

  • University degree or commercial training with focus on automotive, trade, economics, or logistics
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in international B2B vehicle sales, fleet remarketing, or wholesale
  • Proven track record in bulk or wholesale business with used vehicles
  • Deep understanding of the European used car market and pricing structures
  • Experience in building and managing international dealer networks
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
  • Very good German and English language skills; additional European languages are a plus
  • Existing contacts to international dealers, importers, or platforms are a clear advantage

Responsibilities

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the international sale of used vehicles in wholesale and bulk business
  • Build, maintain, and scale international dealer networks with a focus on wholesalers, remarketing partners, and trading platforms
  • Manage and optimize bulk sales processes including pricing, offer structure, and marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with international sellers, fleet operators, and OEMs to shape sales programs
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales and pricing strategies
  • Build and coach a small international sales team
  • Monitor and report KPIs such as volume, margin, lead times, and country performance
