Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the pharmaceutical wholesale strategy for Germany aligned with overall business goals
  • Drive sales growth through effective planning, operations, and portfolio management
  • Define and implement pricing and revenue management strategies
  • Build and manage key strategic customer relationships
  • Own and deliver against revenue, profit, and wholesale P&L targets
  • Expand existing accounts and develop new business partnerships
  • Lead S&OP processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and supply alignment
  • Analyze market, pricing, and performance trends to optimize results
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
  • Lead and develop the wholesale business while collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders
