- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work autonomously in a matrix environment

- Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the pharmaceutical wholesale strategy for Germany aligned with overall business goals
- Drive sales growth through effective planning, operations, and portfolio management
- Define and implement pricing and revenue management strategies
- Build and manage key strategic customer relationships
- Own and deliver against revenue, profit, and wholesale P&L targets
- Expand existing accounts and develop new business partnerships
- Lead S&OP processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and supply alignment
- Analyze market, pricing, and performance trends to optimize results
- Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Lead and develop the wholesale business while collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders
