Requirements
- Experience in partner business, business development, or IT/cloud distribution
- Understanding of how partner organizations function
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to analyze and develop business models
- Excellent German language skills
- Very good English language skills for workshops and international communication
- Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturers or partners
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the further development of selected strategic AWS partners within a structured partner development program
- Identify partners with potential and evaluate their business model fit for sustainable growth
- Engage with existing partner structures to develop scalable approaches within the AWS ecosystem
- Support a focus group of approximately 10-15 partners in their growth journey
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for partner positioning, enablement, and market strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies
