Requirements

- Experience developing custom statements of work (SOWs) and staffing plans.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation initiatives.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Capacity to work autonomously and asynchronously in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with division chiefs, program managers, and technical leaders.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and Systems Integrators.
- Design outcome-oriented services proposals aligned with customer success metrics.
- Structure engagements and commercial proposals with flexibility for staff augmentation.
- Develop custom-scoped SOWs and staffing plans for complex implementations.
- Manage project- and account-level escalations.
- Drive measurable outcomes, forecast services bookings, and track KPIs.
- Own the engagement lifecycle from discovery through SOW development to delivery transition.
