Requirements

  • Experience developing custom statements of work (SOWs) and staffing plans.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, architecture, and delivery teams.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and asynchronously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with division chiefs, program managers, and technical leaders.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and Systems Integrators.
  • Design outcome-oriented services proposals aligned with customer success metrics.
  • Structure engagements and commercial proposals with flexibility for staff augmentation.
  • Develop custom-scoped SOWs and staffing plans for complex implementations.
  • Manage project- and account-level escalations.
  • Drive measurable outcomes, forecast services bookings, and track KPIs.
  • Own the engagement lifecycle from discovery through SOW development to delivery transition.
