Requirements
- Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, information systems, economics, or statistics).
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting.
- PC Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Complete reports and projects, such as detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption.
- Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into actionable information.
- Create pharmacy directories for clients and their members.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports as required by health plans.
- Perform quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Report activities and opportunities to Provider Services and cross-functional leadership.
- Advocate and implement continual process improvement.
- Assist with internal department and corporate projects.
- Coordinate task completion within the department and cross-functionally.
