Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in human resources or a related people operations function.
- Hands-on experience supporting HR processes such as recruiting coordination, employee data management, payroll updates, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms such as Rippling, Paylocity, Paychex, Greenhouse, JazzHR, or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and client requests simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition activities by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and monitoring candidate communication.
- Manage core HR and people operations tasks, including preparing offer letters, termination letters, and employee handbook updates.
- Maintain and update employee records within HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by updating employee changes and managing deductions.
- Assist with general client support tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing inbox communications.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including contract coordination and billing setup.
