Requirements
- Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS).
- Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Law, Finance, or Business.
- Deep knowledge of the EU regulatory environment and key financial crime regimes.
- Practical knowledge of EMI and Crypto regulatory environments in France and the EU.
- Proven experience managing compliance in an entity operating across multiple EU borders.
- Ability to translate complex legal text into operational workflows.
- Native-level fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously enhance the Compliance Framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Implement and oversee the annual Compliance Plan, including compliance monitoring and thematic reviews.
- Identify, assess, and escalate material compliance risks, breaches, or control weaknesses.
- Provide regulatory interpretation, guidance, and practical advice to business teams.
- Support product development by ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage inquiries.
- Maintain a Regulatory Change Management tracker.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs across the organization.
