Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, programme support, administration, financial coordination, or communications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with PC and MS Office applications.
- Confidence using digital communication tools, including CMS, newsletters, and social media.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time structure.
- Collaborative and relational way of working with the ability to build productive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of grants throughout the grantmaking cycle, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage payment requests, expense reimbursements, and liaise with financial teams on disbursements.
- Support the preparation and administration of agreements with fellows, suppliers, and funding partners.
- Coordinate tender and procurement processes, including drafting requests for proposals.
- Provide operational and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and events.
- Manage the general inbox and assist with drafting newsletters, website updates, and social media content.
