Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, programme support, administration, financial coordination, or communications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with PC and MS Office applications.
  • Confidence using digital communication tools, including CMS, newsletters, and social media.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a part-time structure.
  • Collaborative and relational way of working with the ability to build productive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of grants throughout the grantmaking cycle, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage payment requests, expense reimbursements, and liaise with financial teams on disbursements.
  • Support the preparation and administration of agreements with fellows, suppliers, and funding partners.
  • Coordinate tender and procurement processes, including drafting requests for proposals.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Manage the general inbox and assist with drafting newsletters, website updates, and social media content.
