Requirements

  • 7+ years in market research or consumer insights.
  • Equal command of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Hands-on experience programming studies in Qualtrics (or similar).
  • Proficiency with qualitative platforms like ListenLabs, dscout, or Suzy.
  • Experience with statistical tools (R or Python) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Synthesis experience with social and cultural listening tools (Quid, Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
  • AI-fluency with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to own research projects end to end without relying on external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Connect customer, brand, competitive, and cultural signals to business performance.
  • Own brand performance measurement end to end, from study design to recommendation.
  • Own the cultural intelligence program, including surveys and qualitative work.
  • Run quant and qual research hands-on using platforms like Qualtrics.
  • Synthesize outputs into clear business recommendations.
  • Create project briefs that frame business problems as research solutions.
  • Partner with leaders across Product, Design, Brand, Marketing, and Strategy.
