Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership.
- 3+ years managing multiple teams or a sub-organization of 10+ engineers.
- Experience leading software engineering teams building on public clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Track record of developing leadership talent (mentoring Senior to Lead/Staff/Manager).
- Proven ability to lead and empower Staff+ engineers.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows (e.g., Copilot).
- Track record of leading organizational projects to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and techniques.
- Track record of SaaS ownership and reliability principles.
- Hands-on experience working with agile teams.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including Software and Quality Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and guide multiple global engineering teams.
- Set and maintain technical standards for the Devices Management group.
- Drive architectural reviews and automated testing strategies.
- Partner with Product and Design leadership to define strategic vision.
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Identify and resolve systemic organizational bottlenecks.
- Optimize SDLC and improve developer velocity using data-driven metrics.
- Lead and inspire a world-class engineering organization.
