Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years experience in software build, integration, and test systems.
- Experience managing a team of direct reports.
- Experience with complex embedded systems and ADAS technologies.
- Knowledge of autonomous driving software architecture, sensors, and networking.
- Experience with software release tools, build systems, and source control.
- Experience delivering production systems from prototype to in-field maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of release managers.
- Perform release coordination and monitor deliverables for the release lifecycle.
- Facilitate regular agile-style release trains.
- Manage Git branching, tagging, and software versioning.
- Collaborate with development, fleet, V&V, and product management teams.
- Perform impact analysis and manage product roadmap deliverables.
- Ensure proper baseline identification and auditing of configuration items.
- Manage people operations including hiring, performance reviews, and career development.
