Requirements
- Associates degree
- 2+ years of experience in order/inventory management, e-commerce, or retail operations
- Experience with dropship fulfillment operations a plus
- Ability to support partners on different time zones
- Passionate for providing excellent service to customers
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to multitask
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
- Experience in integrations or project management a plus
- Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with the medium-large dropship partners to support their operational growth on the GOAT platform
- Efficiently manage onboardings for new partnerships
- Ensure that orders are processed correctly and on time
- Reduce cancellations due to inventory discrepancies
- Analyze your partner groups data to provide recommendations that will improve key results
- Develop and present monthly reports that are constructive and help the partners succeed
- Utilize procedures and guidelines to help guide you through day to day tasks
- Escalate issues to management to work towards quick resolutions
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to manage the shared partnerships
