Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analyst roles.
  • Experience within a software or technology organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, finance, legal, and vendors.
  • Experience working in or alongside Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in management-level presentations.
  • Experience with vendor management, procurement, and contract coordination.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for ticket tracking.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, IBM, or Azure) at a conceptual level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charting, formulas).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana).
  • Understanding of SQL for data retrieval.
  • Foundational understanding of SDLC, version control, and release cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular monitoring of R&D cloud spend and report on cost impact.
  • Act as a coordination layer for procurement, legal, security, and R&D teams.
  • Manage vendor renewals, usage tracking, and billing items.
  • Coordinate with leaders on development cycle planning, team assignments, and squad buildouts.
  • Maintain source files and generate weekly reports and presentations.
  • Facilitate and document recurring weekly meetings.
  • Work with leads to track hours spent on innovation for financial reporting.
  • Intake and manage JIRA ticket escalations from support and internal teams.
  • Coordinate translation projects and accessibility compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate team events, including logistics, budgeting, and payments.
