Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order-to-Cash roles
- Strong hands-on experience with cash application, collections, and reconciliations
- Experience managing credit card disputes or chargebacks
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Experience with payment platforms like Stripe
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
Responsibilities
- Own daily cash application and reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash
- Manage collections efforts and reduce DSO
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing issues
- Handle credit card disputes and chargebacks
- Monitor and manage account suspensions
- Perform bad debt analysis
- Prepare and deliver weekly AR updates
- Support manual billing and invoice generation
- Collaborate to improve AR processes
