Responsibilities
- Participate in new business opportunities as support to the Account Director
- Record meeting notes and distribute recaps
- Request and collect resources for project scopes
- Implement client SOPs for milestone delivery and MLR submissions
- Monitor project deadlines to ensure team success
- Collect and track feedback on milestone deliveries
- Drive the creation of billable job codes
- Assist Account Lead in monthly revenue recognition meetings
