Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)
- Experience hiring GTM roles in B2B sales in China and other APAC countries
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken) and native Mandarin
- Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach
- Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership
- Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversions, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes
- Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager
- Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools
- Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes
- Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively
- Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)
- Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
