Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Significant experience as a Senior or Lead PM owning complex, multi-team products.
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare benefits, eligibility, plan designs, and claims data.
  • Proven track record shipping internal and external products in B2B2C or enterprise SaaS.
  • Success leading cross-org, cross-platform initiatives with hard deadlines.
  • Strong product sense for simplifying dense constraints into intuitive flows.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills.
  • Experience in startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the product vision for how members discover, understand, and use their benefits.
  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for member-facing benefits and enrollment features.
  • Establish a single source of truth for benefit content and configuration.
  • Translate executive and client commitments into a sequenced plan with explicit tradeoffs and dependencies.
  • Drive accuracy and efficiency in gathering benefits information from employers.
  • Define and instrument success metrics for benefits experience.
  • Partner with implementation, clinical operations, and support teams to ensure readiness.
  • Ship meaningful improvements on a fast, iterative cadence.
  • Represent benefits in executive and cross-functional forums.
