Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience.
- Significant experience as a Senior or Lead PM owning complex, multi-team products.
- Deep familiarity with healthcare benefits, eligibility, plan designs, and claims data.
- Proven track record shipping internal and external products in B2B2C or enterprise SaaS.
- Success leading cross-org, cross-platform initiatives with hard deadlines.
- Strong product sense for simplifying dense constraints into intuitive flows.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Experience in startup environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision for how members discover, understand, and use their benefits.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for member-facing benefits and enrollment features.
- Establish a single source of truth for benefit content and configuration.
- Translate executive and client commitments into a sequenced plan with explicit tradeoffs and dependencies.
- Drive accuracy and efficiency in gathering benefits information from employers.
- Define and instrument success metrics for benefits experience.
- Partner with implementation, clinical operations, and support teams to ensure readiness.
- Ship meaningful improvements on a fast, iterative cadence.
- Represent benefits in executive and cross-functional forums.
