Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product strategy for Toast’s configuration platform.
- Design systems for managing critical business data changes, including validation, versioning, auditability, and rollback.
- Integrate automation and AI-assisted workflows into configuration experiences.
- Build platform capabilities to enable other teams to develop, test, and deploy features independently.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business OKRs and technical feasibility.
- Drive feature development from ideation through launch.
- Partner with customer-facing and development teams to gather insights.
- Lead a development team by providing clear direction and fostering a culture of innovation.
