Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Healthcare or Senior Care industry.
  • Direct experience selling to Nursing Homes (SNFs), Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities.
  • Deep understanding of the Texas healthcare market.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Knowledge of Hospital Discharge Planning.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory remotely.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Empathy for discussing sensitive financial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a 'State First' sales strategy, targeting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, and Rehab centers.
  • Identify key decision-makers including Administrators and Business Office Managers.
  • Build a sales pipeline through cold outreach, digital prospecting, and attending healthcare conferences.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify facilities with pending Medicaid backlogs.
  • Present revenue cycle management solutions to healthcare executives.
  • Negotiate service agreements for per-case fees.
  • Onboard new facility partners and establish communication workflows.
  • Monitor account health and Medicaid days reduction.
