Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Healthcare or Senior Care industry.
- Direct experience selling to Nursing Homes (SNFs), Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities.
- Deep understanding of the Texas healthcare market.
- Familiarity with Medicaid regulations and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Knowledge of Hospital Discharge Planning.
- Proven ability to manage a territory remotely.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Empathy for discussing sensitive financial matters.
Responsibilities
- Execute a 'State First' sales strategy, targeting Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, and Rehab centers.
- Identify key decision-makers including Administrators and Business Office Managers.
- Build a sales pipeline through cold outreach, digital prospecting, and attending healthcare conferences.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify facilities with pending Medicaid backlogs.
- Present revenue cycle management solutions to healthcare executives.
- Negotiate service agreements for per-case fees.
- Onboard new facility partners and establish communication workflows.
- Monitor account health and Medicaid days reduction.
