  • Directly oversee a team of 3-4 people including interviewing and hiring
  • Assess and develop employees through continuous training and mentoring
  • Ensure efficient management of the team and client caseload
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews and address disciplinary issues
  • Research federal and state Medicaid LTC regulations & eligibility guidelines
  • Evaluate cases to facilitate customized eligibility planning strategies
  • Serve as adviser on case issues and resolve escalated client issues
  • Hold regular team and individual meetings
  • Validate biweekly time cards within RIPPLING
  • Utilize tracking systems to report data-driven progress towards goals
