Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field (STEM a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, or product development
- Strong experience with data mining to inform product decisions
- Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or BrightLocal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with large datasets
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Analyze performance data across a large and diverse client portfolio to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Own and evolve portfolio level performance reporting, including dashboards and scorecards
- Build and maintain benchmarking frameworks to compare performance across key verticals
- Define and standardize KPIs to ensure consistency across teams
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and product capabilities
- Conduct post launch analyses for product and strategy updates
- Support emerging areas like AI driven search visibility and local signals
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve data quality
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations
- Proactively surface insights to influence product direction
