Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, commercial product strategy or commercial insurance product management
- Experience directly leading a team of high-functioning contributors
- Experience working within the ACA marketplace (serving multiple markets), including individual or small group
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs
- Familiarity with insurance product lifecycle management, including design and execution readiness
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Responsibilities
- Own the development and evolution of the employer-subsidized product strategy, including target segments, value proposition, and market expansion roadmap.
- Lead and contribute to business cases associated with new products, including ROI assessments.
- Identify and assess new growth opportunities across employer-sponsored, individual, and adjacent product spaces.
- Define market-specific right to win strategies, competitive positioning, and expansion priorities.
- Translate enterprise and market-level strategies into relevant product programs and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with peers to translate strategies into scalable, fileable product designs.
- Ensure ICHRA and emerging solutions align with product architecture and benefit design standards.
- Serve as primary connector across key stakeholders including actuarial, network, market leadership, and compliance.
- Establish goals, including growth, retention, margin, and market competitiveness.
- Support business case development and oversight of vendor and partner relationships.
