Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership
- At least 6+ years in healthcare, digital health, or health-adjacent verticals
- 5+ years of management experience scaling high-performing teams
- Deep familiarity with the SDOH ecosystem (FQHCs, CHCs, food banks, FindHelp, UniteUs)
- Experience navigating institutional healthcare and non-traditional partners like retailers
- Proven track record of building partnership ecosystems with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated operational capability in pipeline management and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or MPH strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and own the multi-year referral growth roadmap across all partnership verticals.
- Personally lead the identification and structuring of new partnerships with FQHCs, CHCs, pharma, and hospital systems.
- Serve as a visionary leader and mentor to a high-performing team.
- Provide executive oversight for food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy.
- Oversee the Director of Community Engagement and field team.
- Develop and manage relationships with distribution and channel partners.
- Build the operational infrastructure for the team including CRM-based pipeline and performance tracking.
- Ensure partnership structures are consistent with clinical quality and member experience expectations.
