Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership
  • At least 6+ years in healthcare, digital health, or health-adjacent verticals
  • 5+ years of management experience scaling high-performing teams
  • Deep familiarity with the SDOH ecosystem (FQHCs, CHCs, food banks, FindHelp, UniteUs)
  • Experience navigating institutional healthcare and non-traditional partners like retailers
  • Proven track record of building partnership ecosystems with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated operational capability in pipeline management and performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or MPH strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the multi-year referral growth roadmap across all partnership verticals.
  • Personally lead the identification and structuring of new partnerships with FQHCs, CHCs, pharma, and hospital systems.
  • Serve as a visionary leader and mentor to a high-performing team.
  • Provide executive oversight for food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy.
  • Oversee the Director of Community Engagement and field team.
  • Develop and manage relationships with distribution and channel partners.
  • Build the operational infrastructure for the team including CRM-based pipeline and performance tracking.
  • Ensure partnership structures are consistent with clinical quality and member experience expectations.
