Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting or selling to public sector customers (state/local agencies).
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, machine learning models, and data analytics.
- Experience with RDBMS and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of identity, fraud, risk, or regulatory frameworks (NIST, IAL, 1075, COPPA, FCRA, GLBA, Patriot Act).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support Public Sector business development across regional teams.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Lead technical discovery sessions to translate agency pain points into value propositions.
- Design and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with Data Science.
- Conduct in-depth client portfolio analysis, performance tuning, and fraud investigations.
- Lead executive and operational-level presentations regarding fraud trends and performance metrics.
- Act as a bridge between client needs and internal Data Science teams.
- Translate complex data and machine learning outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure customer workflows are optimized for security and user experience.
- Support customer adoption and monitor ongoing solution performance.
