Requirements

- Advanced mastery of enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Experience aligning operational program milestones with budgetary constraints and resource allocation.
- Experience partnering with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering to define operational metrics.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Active PMP certification or equivalent (e.g., PgMP).
- Proven ability to influence without authority.
- Strong asynchronous communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce cross-functional program governance structures and escalation paths.
- Run automated enterprise tracking systems and dashboards within project portfolio management tools.
- Quantify operational roadblocks using risk registers and build mitigation playbooks.
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives using change management frameworks.
- Manage stakeholders and drive operational alignment across executive priorities.
- Translate complex requirements into clear strategic metrics tied to company KPIs.
- Assume direct management and development of a small team over time.
