Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of program/portfolio management experience in complex cross-functional initiatives.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, or platform programs in regulated or high-risk environments.
- Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, metadata/lineage, and controls-based operating models.
- Experience enabling AI/ML delivery through data foundations (model-ready datasets, feature stores).
- Experience with cloud data ecosystems.
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of program/project managers and/or Product Owners.
- Drive execution of enterprise data portfolio including platform, quality, governance, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps, annual plans, and quarterly execution commitments.
- Ensure audit readiness and traceable documentation for Tier 1 initiatives.
- Report program health and dependencies to the Chief Data Officer and executive stakeholders.
- Embed governance, security, and privacy controls into delivery processes.
- Establish and operationalize AI/ML enablement playbooks.
- Translate CDO strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
