- Proven agency experience managing multiple client relationships and portfolios.
- Demonstrated track record of growing ecommerce businesses profitably.
- Working knowledge of paid social, paid search, SEO, and retention channels.
- Financial fluency with P&Ls, unit economics, and forecasting.
- Proven leadership experience managing and structuring teams of 5+ employees.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for high-level situations.
- Self-directed operator with experience building systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-disciplinary growth team including paid channel strategists, SEO specialists, and retention operators.
- Develop, coach, and manage direct reports, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
- Hire, develop, and retain talent to build a high-caliber department.
- Define multi-channel growth standards and frameworks for paid, SEO, organic, and retention strategies.
- Maintain portfolio-wide visibility to ensure quality work and client success.
- Collaborate with operations and finance on budgeting, utilization, pricing, and resourcing.
- Enforce operating standards including reporting cadences, QA, and communication protocols.
