Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B consultative or account management roles.
- Experience in research, information services, or professional services.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise/global clients.
- Strong network within outsourcing, marketing, procurement, or enterprise leadership communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of outsourcing ecosystems and subscription-based offerings.
- High proficiency with CRM systems.
- High proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound and consultative selling.
- Engage CxO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders across global outsourcing and service provider organizations.
- Develop tailored proposals in collaboration with research leadership.
- Manage and grow a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships to drive renewals.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve prospecting and sales execution.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and industry visibility.
