Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or related roles.
- At least 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with exposure to claims data.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payment integrity concepts and self-insured employer environments.
- Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and driving strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, or related field required; master’s preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer clients, building long-term, trusted advisory relationships.
- Translate complex healthcare claims and analytics data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and presentations to ensure alignment on goals and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams including data science, clinical, and operations to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing client success, including data intake and implementation support.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and improved client outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to align client needs with product and solution development.
