At least 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, with exposure to claims data.
Strong understanding of healthcare payment integrity concepts and self-insured employer environments.
Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and driving strategic outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management abilities in fast-paced environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, or related field required; master’s preferred.

Serve as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer clients, building long-term, trusted advisory relationships.
Translate complex healthcare claims and analytics data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, business reviews, and presentations to ensure alignment on goals and performance outcomes.
Coordinate internal teams including data science, clinical, and operations to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
Oversee onboarding and ongoing client success, including data intake and implementation support.
Identify opportunities for account growth, service expansion, and improved client outcomes.
Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve service delivery.
Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to align client needs with product and solution development.
