Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles.
  • 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
  • 3 years of healthcare payment integrity experience.
  • Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with benefit analytics, data warehousing, and claims data files.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal data, data science, and clinical teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear reports for non-technical decision-makers.
  • Lead client check-ins, presentations, and strategic reviews.
  • Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify business enhancement opportunities that align with client goals.
