Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in account management, client success, or related roles.
- 4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
- 3 years of healthcare payment integrity experience.
- Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lightly structured environment.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with benefit analytics, data warehousing, and claims data files.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal data, data science, and clinical teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Translate complex data insights into clear reports for non-technical decision-makers.
- Lead client check-ins, presentations, and strategic reviews.
- Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
- Troubleshoot client issues and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify business enhancement opportunities that align with client goals.
