Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of senior-level B2B sales experience, ideally within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly specialized vertical markets.
- Proven track record of selling directly to pharmaceutical manufacturers and/or related agencies.
- Strong understanding of access and affordability dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of pharma commercialization models, customer reporting requirements, and healthcare marketing ecosystems.
- Strong strategic sales capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and complex deal negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, marketing, and operations teams.
- High commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand strategic relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and prospective clients to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities by analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and territory performance to support accurate forecasting.
- Lead end-to-end sales execution, including pipeline development, opportunity management, and deal structuring in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver compelling client proposals and value-based solutions.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, market intelligence, and emerging opportunities.
- Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity through conferences, research, and ongoing market engagement.
- Represent the organization externally at industry events and maintain a strong network within the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem.
