Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in training, enablement, outreach, or client-facing roles
- Understanding of the real estate industry; real estate license is a plus
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution discipline
- Comfortable working with ambiguity while driving clarity and structure
- Proficiency with business tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Tableau, Zendesk, or Asana
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-market engagement
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-market and virtual outreach to brokers, agents, MLSs, and associations to drive adoption, retention, and content acquisition
- Support listing acquisition efforts by engaging directly with industry partners and stakeholders
- Deliver webinars, presentations, and training sessions to promote products and support onboarding
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and industry events as a representative of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Broker, MLS, and Industry Affairs groups
- Present regional metrics and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support issue resolution by coordinating with peers and identifying practical solutions
