Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM systems, or related business systems roles
  • 2+ years of people management, team leadership, or strong player-coach experience in a high-growth environment
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Strong working knowledge of lead management, lifecycle design, routing, campaign operations, and data hygiene
  • Experience with attribution and performance measurement tools
  • Experience building or improving processes and operational frameworks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach an existing Marketing Operations team with a strong emphasis on cross-training and bench-building
  • Reduce single-threaded ownership by ensuring key capabilities are documented, shared, and supportable by multiple team members
  • Create repeatable playbooks, QA checklists, SOPs, and training paths
  • Provide hands-on coaching in campaign operations, lead lifecycle, routing, dashboards, attribution, and workflow automation
  • Improve how Marketing Operations supports internal stakeholders through better intake, prioritization, and SLAs
  • Identify gaps and bottlenecks in processes and implement scalable fixes
  • Drive rigor in campaign execution, lead management, and data quality
  • Own and improve critical marketing operations workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, and adjacent GTM systems
