Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, delivery, consulting, or operations within a client-facing environment.
  • Experience in consulting or technical services environments, ideally with exposure to cloud or infrastructure projects.
  • Understanding of cloud concepts, with familiarity in cloud cost optimization or FinOps principles considered a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles, from intake and planning to execution tracking and client delivery communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client-facing and stakeholder management contexts.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain composure in fast-moving or high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project coordination across active cloud optimization client engagements, ensuring alignment between internal teams and customer expectations.
  • Track, organize, and drive completion of client requests, delivery tasks, and internal action items across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Translate client needs into clear internal execution plans and ensure timely delivery of outcomes and business value.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and solutions teams to ensure accurate and efficient completion of project deliverables.
  • Manage client communication, including updates, progress reports, releases, and demos, in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain project visibility using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency in ownership, status, and priorities.
  • Help improve delivery structure, consistency, and accountability across ongoing engagements and evolving processes.
