Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
- At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
- Experience with presales, proposals, scoping, and discovery.
- Understanding of digital product development.
- Experience managing backlogs and user stories.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery process.
- Experience working with distributed international teams.
- Fluent English (C1 or above).
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones.
- Work with clients to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Lead discovery phase and business needs analysis.
- Break down complex requirements into iterations.
- Maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
- Scope and price new engagements.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA.
