  • Oversee the organization’s accounting function in accordance with GAAP and US Government rules and regulations (IRS, IFRS, CFR, FAR).
  • Perform multi-entity consolidation and ensure costs are allocated in compliance with donor requirements.
  • Manage organizational cash flow, forecasting, and the development of internal financial policies and systems.
  • Lead organizational budgeting processes, including annual corporate budgets and indirect cost rate proposals.
  • Oversee in-country accounting processes and compliance across all geographies.
  • Lead preparation for internal and external audits and manage subsequent negotiations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to leadership as a member of the corporate management team.
