Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Masters or above) in Health Finance, Health Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field preferred.
• Experience working on health financing in Angola.
• Previous experience working with The Global Fund is a plus.
• Connections, or ability to make connections, with key stakeholders in Angola’s health financing space.
• Strong verbal and written English and Portuguese language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and stakeholder validation of a health financing landscaping report, including desk reviews and key informant interviews.
• Conduct a desk review of relevant documents on Angola’s health financing system, challenges, and policy developments.
• Engage stakeholders across government, private sector, and civil society and facilitate key informant interviews.
• Develop a stakeholder map of relevant parties.
• Draft the landscaping report structured according to the four pillars of the ALM framework.
• Support the dissemination of the report to key stakeholders with a summary PowerPoint slide deck.
