Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
- Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel marketing programs that drive measurable acquisition, retention, and expansion outcomes.
- Strong hands-on expertise with modern marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Salesforce, Semrush, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and cohort analysis to inform decision-making.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (e.g., security, intelligence, or enterprise IT professionals).
- Strong “player-coach” mindset, with the ability to define strategy while also executing campaigns.
- Highly data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance segmentation, creative production, testing, and funnel optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a full-funnel growth strategy to drive sustainable demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.
- Own the entire customer lifecycle, including awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy programs.
- Design and run persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns tailored to technical cybersecurity and enterprise audiences.
- Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs, including AI-powered email nurture flows and customer engagement campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, campaign creation, experimentation, and performance optimization across channels.
- Manage paid and owned channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, email) to maximize pipeline generation and ROI.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis using GA4, Salesforce, and cohort/attribution data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align messaging and growth initiatives.
