Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the indirect dealer floorplan portfolio, supporting relationship expansion and strategic alignment across 200+ dealer groups.
  • Lead outreach and engagement efforts to position the full indirect product suite and strengthen dealer relationships beyond floorplan services.
  • Collaborate with regional Dealer Development Representatives to ensure coordinated execution of sales and relationship strategies.
  • Act as a key connector between Commercial Floorplan and Indirect Sales teams to enhance alignment and customer experience.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, process improvements, and strategic enhancements based on dealer insights and market feedback.
  • Manage and develop a regional team of Dealer Development Representatives, providing coaching, performance management, and leadership.
  • Monitor team performance, dealer coverage, and market penetration to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams on recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Oversee regional sales budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Adapt to evolving business priorities and support additional initiatives as needed.
