Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with or in CCR&R organizations.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance to child care programs.
- Demonstrated experience in program implementation support to community-based organizations.
- Knowledge of the Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood Program preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to three CCR&R organizations.
- Develop individualized recruitment and enrollment materials.
- Provide regular and on-demand technical assistance.
- Facilitate access to CCAoA personnel.
- Monitor, track, and evaluate progress toward enrollment goals.
- Provide targeted problem-solving support.
- Write a final report outlining work, progress, lessons, and recommendations.
