Requirements
- 5 years combined experience in supply chain operations management and logistics in an ecommerce company.
- Experience in an e-commerce/Amazon FBA and FBM environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with a start-up company/culture.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate reordering forecasts and lead strategic inventory planning.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses.
- Optimize storage and logistics costs and manage 3PL and freight forwarder relationships.
- Oversee purchase order management and negotiate logistics quotations.
- Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Lead customer service, developing and tracking KPIs and resolving fulfillment issues.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive operational and product improvements.
