Requirements
- Leadership experience in partnerships, account management, or payment operations
- 4+ years in account management, partner success, or operations within a PSP or payment company
- Strong understanding of payment processing and risk management
- Hands-on experience with merchant accounts and PSP relationships
- Strong operational mindset and ability to manage complex workflows
- Proficiency in Excel and operational dashboards
- Fluency in Russian and strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate two operational teams
- Drive onboarding of PSP companies onto processing channels
- Build and scale integrations with new and existing partners
- Oversee a portfolio of merchant accounts and monitor performance
- Manage partner risk register and compliance
- Review, negotiate, and optimize commercial terms
- Manage partner-related operational requests and escalations
- Collaborate across internal teams to support growth
