- Direct experience with sales feedback loops (email, social media, or performance ads).
- Ability to articulate the reasoning behind copy decisions.
- High agency and comfort challenging status quo.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing creative copy team.
- Define and protect copy excellence across all customer touch points.
- Create, update, and maintain foundational creative assets and copy bibles.
- Establish team culture through copy critiques and feedback.
- Lead and collaborate on the creation of high-performing campaign briefs.
- Translate briefs across touch points using data-informed insights.
