- Demonstrated ability to connect content strategy with commercial and business outcomes.
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced, and multicultural organizations.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build accountability, ownership, and high-performance cultures.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a scalable content strategy aligned with business goals, SEO performance, and monetization priorities.
- Translate market trends, audience insights, and performance data into actionable content roadmaps across multiple brands.
- Oversee editorial quality, ensuring consistency with E-E-A-T standards, SEO best practices, and brand guidelines.
- Lead, structure, and develop multi-level content teams, including managers, editors, and writers across different markets.
- Establish KPIs, workflows, and performance frameworks to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Review and validate content plans, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with SEO teams to optimize keyword coverage, internal linking strategies, and content performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize content effectiveness based on traffic, engagement, and conversion data.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and content gaps.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations while aligning content output with business priorities.
